I want to lead you to a life without chronic pain, fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, depression, high blood pressure, blood sugar issues, excess weight, gut issues, insomnia... and many other symptoms that are often accepted as "part of life" or "aging" ... and that is just not true!

Many of the above mentioned "pain points" can be improved if not completely eliminated by simply changing what you eat!

All you need is to commit!  Just make the decision that you deserved your BEST YOU.....and SHOW UP!


I have a well thought-out guide that I will share with you....which will slowly lead you through a MINDSET SHIFT.....and that is where the magic happens!

My Clean-Eating Lifestyle Tools

To be 100% completely honest with do not need TOOLS!  You truly can do this with just good information, an honest commitment to yourself, a rockstar attitude....and true grit.  But it will be much easier to adapt and truly feed your body if you invest in a few items.


I've gathered these tools here for you.  These are items I own and use daily as well as referring to them throughout your AIP journey.  As you get to know me better you will see that I NEVER share anything that I have not tried I value your trust in me.  These items are in my Amazon shop should you choose to order.  I do make a VERY small commission and need to disclose that to you here as part of my agreement as an Amazon influencer.  It does not cost you more to order via my links.....its just Amazon thanking me for promoting sales for them.


You will see TWO juicers listed.....I only recommend you purchase ONE!  I list a very affordable juicer for those that are on a tighter budget....and for those that are not sure they will stick to this lifestyle.   I simply cannot recommend you purchase a high-dollar juicer....when you can try this lifestyle by using one at a lower cost in the beginning....and it yields very much similar results.   The other juicer is a higher value and is for those who feel confident this is a lifestyle they will be adapting long term.


Remember...these items are NOT a must....but will make the lifestyle easier and you will find them helpful in meeting your daily nutrition requirements.

My AIP Diet

I am following the Autoimmune Protocol Diet (AIP). I am NO expert here! I have zero nutritional background! I am just a retired RN….and painter….and momma…and grandma….now living with Autoimmune Disease! I am under the supervision of my medical team and my nutritionist. I have spent hours scouring the internet for information….and there is so much available!

I understand this can be very overwhelming to some of you…..

So I have decided to list some very basic steps here of how to get started.


What is AIP?

This is way too in depth and out of my expertise….but I have discovered and fallen completely in love with the Paleo Mom….Dr. Sarah Ballantyne….and I will “link” or refer to her often…. Read her well laid-out description here.

My AIP Foodie Tips:

  • Buy as MUCH organic as you possibly can!
  • Wash all fruits and veggies in vinegar bath (1 cup vinegar to sink full of water) as soon as you get them home and before you put them away.
  • Add good fat to your smoothies when you can.  I add an avocado or a tablespoon of coconut oil to at least one smoothie per day.
  • I add a teaspoon of coconut oil to my morning coffee
  • Do not eat food that has been heated in a plastic container
